I go to my room and listen to music and read.
If I am at school, I will ask to go to the bathroom and calm myself down.
I will think about positive situations or positive outcomes of the situation.
Maintain a straight face and try not to lash out without thinking about what I am going to say.
If I am at home, I will sit down and think about it, no matter how excruciating.Â
